Valdelosfrailes is a winery that has added a touch of modernity, technology and innovation to the classicism of a land with great potential, fostering the revolutionary production of red wine in Cigales.
Its rosé wine is excellent, but its project is based on producing great red wines aged in barrels with grapes from carefully-tended vineyards of the different varieties grown in the area. This winery, which currently has 422 American and French oak barrels, has a production capacity of 525,000 litres, although its annual production does not usually exceed 250,000 litres. The winery is focused on obtaining the highest quality through refined elaboration and limited production.
Valdelosfrailes’ excellent facilities are equipped with photovoltaic solar panels, so as to respect the environment and use sustainable energy, and are surrounded by beautiful and well-tended vineyards.
